Last 4days constipation is there isabgol, kayam churan both tried still not clear any specific general medicine we can try please suggest

Hello doctor, I have not got motion since past two days, my stomach feels bloated, I toom dercolex last night before sleeping even that dint help.. What can I do to clear my stomach?

From past 15 days light abdomen pain and burning sensation, I have consulted doctor and he said no worries gastric problem. He asked me to take blood test and it us normal. He gave medicine for gastric and still I am suffering from same problem.

Severe gastric attack since 6hrs...no antacid working. Hv been having diarrhoea post eating anything past 2weeks now. Consulted a doctr. Taking his meds- pan-dsr, lactobacillus tabs last 1week.today suddenly severe ache began. Radiating to back, upwards, down to rectal, also to hip joint left side. Cant stand straight very severe stomach ache. Bp also fell to 96/62 in the evening. Feeling weak n dizzy
