Is chronic constipation treatable through allopathy? This symption is there since last 10 years. How long dies it take to treat it if proper diet and medication is followed?

Feel constipated all the time ..with irregular stool . Have mild stomach ache at random sides of the stomach ..no fever ..no obstruction in daily life ..but this feel is always there. Had ultrasound ..all normal .Blood test .. slightly calcium deficiency
