I am unable to eat any food. While eating, I am facing enormous pain at the middle of my chest and heart. Food while going through valves, I am having severe pain & struggle. I have been suggested to take pantocid tablet and gaviscon syrup. I have taken the same for breakfast and lunch. Still, the pain is uncontrollable. Should I continue the same medicine or go for consultation again?
