My left and right side of abdominal I paining since 2 months. Tell me what is the reason for pain. I have acidity problem. Is it reason for this

Dear Doctor, From last 1 year every month i get the boil and pus getting accumulated near anus for 4 days there will be the sever pain and kind of fever consulted with doctors but they have said it normal by giving the normal pain killers but no use.

Soo much pain in stomach last 10 dayes at upper abdoman. Feel very weak.

I am suffering from the following issues- passing of gas through out the day and incomplete evacuation of bowels. Within an hour of going to the bathroom in the morning I start feeling heavy and discomfort in the stomach. Let me know if I can do anything to manage my condition better. I had taken a few tests about a year back and everything came back normal.
