Enlarged liver
My USG Shows liver craniocaudal of rt. Lobe is 14.5cm. Perechymal echotexture is normal and homogenous. NO IHD Dilation and No focal lesion. PV is normal. My spleen bipolar length is 9.0cm. Are these enlarged or Normal? Report says mild hepatomegaly. What are the causes of this? What should I do to reduce this? No obese No diabetes No BP No Other symptoms.
