Having shifting pain in the abdomen since 3 months . Did usg of abdomen which says THERE IS MILD WALL EDEMA OF DISTAL ILEUM AND CECCUM LIKELY OF INFECTIOUS ETIOLOGY. BOWEL MOVEMENTS MAINTAINED. NO THICKENED MASS IN APPENDIX / BOWEL. Did blood test which shows lymphocytes percentage : 43.1% Lymphocytes absolute count : 3.27 Took antibiotics for two weeks and Den shifted to Ayurvedic medicines for 1 month Still have discomfort in the stomach along with excessive burps. Request advice Regards

Having pain at anus when seating weatern toilet like some cut pain seens one week. What should be the remedy for it?

My body is unable to absorb Vitamin B12 from whatever food I take due to which I m having a lot of problem like heaviness in head and extreme weakness...I  Got Neurobion forte injected on doctor's suggestion..but it didn't help me either..please suggest whom should I consult (Gastroenterologist or General physicians).Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Liver size is normal as per my Utrasound and it’s size is 14.3 and shows grade 1-2 fatty infiltration of liver . What does it mean and how long it will take to cure?

There is pain in passing stool at the anus. This suddenly happens every year in August and if I take a laxative for 1 week then it gets okay. What laxative should I take for this ?

I am having pain in upper abdomen, specifically centre of upper abdomen from last 1.5 to 2 months. I also feel belching and sometimes Nausea. It feels like things inside are not settling down. I consulted nearby doctor and he told that it is due to Gas and Acidity. He also prescribed Capsule Rabipro DSR and Syrup Mukaine (On SOS basis). He also told to cut down spice level from food and have some Ice cream when needed. I did everything what he told me, but problem still exists. It is hampering my day to day life. I also did full abdomen sonography and CBC/ESR on my own, where all came normal. Please help me how to resolve this issue. As it is affecting my daily life.

I am suffering from constipation from last few days. I have normal diet and drink minimum 3lts of water everyday. What else should be done to cure?

I have upper stomach ache since a month. Doctor said its acidity. He gave me syrup and tablet but I don’t see any improvement. Sometimes the pain is alot and sometimes i feel fine.
