I m having pain in my upper stomach in the middle.. n vomitting.. the pain is thrombing types.. i m not able to sleep

I m feeling restness now. Last night I omitted and now also. M feeling well after omitted but then after some time I m again feel restless like andar ghabrahat jaisa ho Raha he. And feeling like something is stuck in my throat. Plz help

The area over my liver vibrates when I sit loosely or any pressure creates over stomach or pressure  between stomach and eight rib case..it is normal when I lie down straight, or While standing. Please tell me why is it happening ?

For the past 4 or so years I've had stomach problems, as in eating or drinking anything makes me sick. My Days consist of going to the bathroom for number 2 and it differs from normal, to diaherra to constipation so often I don't get phased anymore if I have Diaherra for 3 days. - lately is been getting worse. Hello, I had a piles surgery, now I need to make my motion very loose, I know about to eat more fiber, drink more water, take stool softener, eat more veg and surgeon also gave me tablets to make a loose but still it is not very loose. Can some doctor are able advice on this

My mother has recently undergone a laparoscopy procedure for removing gallstones, a month and a half back. She has recently started complaining about mild pain in the abdomen, not very frequently though. Her appetite is back to normal and doesn't complain about any indigestion or weaknesses but rather complains about having to clear  bowels 2-5 times a day. Is that something to worry about? She was also diagnosed with H.Pylori infection 3 months back. If yes, could this be due to any ovary related Issue?is an USG test  able to reflect ovary related issues?

I have done all medical tests and all r normal but currently I feeling uncomfortable and headache. Kindly suggest.

One week back I felt upper abdomenal pain, I consulted physician, he suggested me to take abdominal scanning, reports shows mild fatty liver and mild bulky pancreas, my SGPT levels are 52U/L and amylase levels are 63U/L , doctor prescribed  pantomime DSR, ursocol 150, zesert20, prothioden25, aristozyme syrrup,I'm using these medicines from 7days, I feel better in my abdominal pain, but im feeling toomuch acidity and gas, please tell me what is my disease, and what medications I have to take...
