Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi.. I am 23 years old. My doctor has prescribed me Nexpro HP kit but I forgot to ask the timing for taking the medicine.  Should I take it before/after breakfast and before/after dinner? Please help

She suffered a mild heart attack 2 weeks ago. She was discharged in 4 days and we brought her home. Since then she is suffering from Bowel incontinence. She hardly eats. Surviving on 1 idly for breakfast, 1 cup rice for breakfast and dinner. But she drinks 5 cups of coffee and milk. She also complained of nausea. She feels like vomiting as soon as she begins to eat. She has severe anorexia. Little bit if stomach pain is also there. She originally has constipation problem. Now, she goes to the loo 2 or 3 times a day. Volume of stool surprises me as she eats very little. I am suspecting that it's Irritable Bowel Syndrome. What do you think? Suggest me a good doctor in Hyderabad. I can't run around hospitals as she is totally blind and can't walk. Please help me.

I am facing a burning sensation while Bowel Activity and activity is for around 7-8 times a day from last 3-4 days. I consulted 2 different doctors and looks like it is either stomach infection or intestine infection or dysentry. Can Zenflox OZ and Amicline can be taken together?

I have a weak digestive system and was once diagnosed with a liver problem in childhood and took Liver 52 tablets. Sir, I have been facing digestive issues for the past three years to be precise... I have almost negligible body fat but my lower abdomen always feels heavy... Experience stomach pain whenever I hit gym, otherwise no pain. Have history of Hep B and chronic Constipation. Bowel movement is somewhat OK at present due to NEXPRO-L tablets and Lactifibre. Consulted Dr. Praveen Tiwari (M.D) at Vasundhara Enclave and Dr. Mahesh Gupta (M.D) at Sector 19 in the past. However, did not get answer of pain due to exercise. Latest Ultrasound, LFT report says all normal except mild increase in Bilirubin level. Please Advise.
