Hi i did my ct scan of abdomen and pelvis everything is normal i have a problem of ibs i fell urge all time i also have the problem of loose stools and also undigested food particles with semi solid stool and mucus in it. I go to washroom 4 5 times a day and then to i don't fell relief from that. I always fells urge please help me with this

Two weeks ago he had loose motion. Given bifilac and nor metrogyl for 4 days. After medicine stopped he had watery discharge from anus. Doctor gave econorm and zinconia for 7 days. He was OK while taking medicine. Once medicine stopped he is again having discharge from anus. He milk has been stopped for more than 3 weeks. Last month he also had fever for no reason for around 5 days and then fever with blocked nose. Plz advice why is he having watery discharge from anus. What should be done.
