Gallbladder is partially distended and reveals multiple calculi of size 8-12 mm in the lumen. Wall is mildly thickened of 4.5 mm. I want ayurvedic treatment no surgery. Pls help

I am suffering from piles which comes back every time. I used to apply pilex cream , it gives me temporarily relief but again it comes if i put little bit of strain while passing stool. Actually this is for my friend, he's 22 years old, and he's been suffering stomach pain, so much stomach pain to the point that it hurts him so much for several years already and now he wants to know what is his condition cause as he got check up before it doesn't really state there the real conditions and situation of his health. His taking medicine way back then but it doesn't really relieve the pain.
