I am hbsag positive last 6 month ...both hbv DNA and hbeag was non reactive that time...but now my hbsag is slightly positive and hb DNA is 329...is any thing serious...what to do...please guide...

I have been suffering from constant gas and bloating from last 4-5 days.i have avoided gassy foods and also tried to eat on regular intervals but nothing helps
