I am having problems with my bowel movement since the last 4-5 days. My stool is hard and I think there is a digestion issue. My local chemist gave me Lactolook and Dulcoflex for the hard stool. Still it's hard at times and even when it is normal, half the stool is hard. Which causes a bit of a pain now.

I have tongue issues and doctor has identified geographic tongue. I have divestive issues as well so got the LFT test done. SHOT and SGPT values are 57.96 and 82.83. Is this something to worry about and could this be related to tongue problem as well. I am a ocassional drinker once or twice in month. Please suggest and which doctor should I consult. I have been consulting ent so far

After my meals I get long burps again and again for 1 to 2 hours. This happens even if I eat some biscutes. But no other problem in digestion etc. What it can be?

I am 24 yr old male. From last five days i am having little bit uncomfortable feeling in stomach and fullness. I went to doctor also nnd he said that it is just normal infection and also he send me to do blood and stool test bcz of dark stool if in case of any blood in stool but everything come up normal. But still my stool is dark and foul smell . I am not getting why its darkened stool and bad smell. Please help me .
