Stomach Problems & Remedies

My stomach is not clean in morning and feel vomiting. And the timing of potty is not fixed and it come out after afternoon. And too much gas is produced in stomach. And all time we feel that I am not hungry because the stomach is filled with gas . Please give me a solution to get rid of this problem. Please. And we don't know what disease is this?
