My food not digest. In morning when I go to toilet only gas passes. I have taken Pan d empty stomach and two times also.freego at night and aristozyme syrup after meal. Can I take aristozyme syrup before meals two times.

Recently I started having serious gas problem. I didn't change anything as such in my diet. During daytime, my stomach starts gurgling and grumbling with audible noises. (To give you an analogy, it feels as if it's boiling then the gas shoots up or down within the body.) It's really embarrassing when other people are around. I also have a minor case of haemorrhoids, so that makes it harder for the gas to escape. Please let me know what exactly is the problem, and is it possible to cure this with a home remedy or change in diet or I need to see a doctor.
