Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have lost 25 kg go 8 monthsby dieting exercise but after that what happen I am not understanding I am feeling flatulence and smells bad this problem lowers when I drink lemon water after food. Now I am getting pale clay colored stool I have tried darolac cap But of no use I have also tried tab pancreoflat after what symptoms lessen but increased after stop .and all because of this I am losing hair lose which might be because of malabsorption.so please guide me what is the problem and solution.

I eat only only boiled vegetables and fruits and juices and do not eat roti .why I feel an upset stomach if don't eat for 2hours gas,uncomfortable and when I eat immediately all goes normal. What is this problem and enzyme deficiency or other .as I eat a lot bt cannot gain weight.

After many days i am suffer from constipation i take kayam tablet to get motion,next day i fresh properly but when i dont take kayam tablet i cannot motion now my stool proparly stuck in my colon i want natural motion During morning i eat so many water and lime juice,mosami juice during day but i canot paass my stool i cannot feel urge to pass stool why? Please suggest me some homeremedy.my treatment us start from homepathic doctor about 2days i take medicine but in morning canot motion(latring)
