Stomach Problems & Remedies

My mother has gastric problem from very long time, she feels too weak, get dizzy and get headaches too because of it. She can't be on many medications as it induces the gastric issue. She eats healthy food two times a day. Urgent help needed.

I face acidity daily and even digestion and gas issues I tried many ayurvedic treatments but those are not long lasting I need to know the basic things by which these problems can be avoided in our day to day life

Hi, Form past 8 to 10 days when I burp, a poisonous undigested food reflux back to esophagus from stomach ,at that time i feel something stucked in the food track and food is pressurise the track... It will be more after 2 hours of lunch and dinner.. and stomach bloats at late evening and upper stomach pains and also feels bubble crack sound in upper abdomen..
