Stomach Problems & Remedies

During pooping in morning, not able to complete properly and satisfactorily. Request for the necessary medication to resolve the issue.

After having today's lunch, I am having pain in my stomach and having a sensation of vomating. This had also happened 1 month earlier.

Abdominal pain [intermittent], abdominal bloating, occasional sharp abdominal pain in center of lower abdomen, no fever, no nausea, no blood in stool, healthy diet, minimal alcohol [3 or none glasses of wine/ week], regular BMs [not hard, no diarrhea, formed & soft], drink lots of water, no soda, 1 cup of coffee/day.

Is IBS curable sir?? I have tried homeopathic medicines also but not working... Having digestive issues for the past 3 years.. Loose stools for 2-3 times a day and the stomach gets bloated after having small meals also.. The lower abdomen feels heavy throughout the day.

I am 31 yrs, male and I don't drink alcohol. I did Liver function blood tests and results are showing high numbers. Is this sign of Jaundice? Bcoz I got Jaundice 1.5 years back and at that time I had such high SGOT / SGPT. Note that currently I don't have any symptoms of jaundice i.e. stomach ache, yellow eyes, weakness etc. Only problem - since 5-6 days I am having some gas. But no other digestice problem (yet). After many days i am suffer from constipation i take kayam tablet to get motion.....,,,next day i fresh properly but when i dont take kayam tablet i cannot motion now my stool proparly stuck in my colon i want natural motion During morning i eat so many water and lime juice,mosami juice during day but i canot paass my stool i cannot feel urge to pass stool why? Please suggest me some homeremedy... Or effective home remedy to clean my colon or today i cannot paass stool i want natural tretmen

Sir my father had an heat stroke in jun 18,after that he coudnt recovered yet,shown to doctor and every test is ok Little LFT was disturbed.He is unable to digest even milk or chapati ,as an when he try take  heavy gas is formed followed by pain.he is taking only dalia and khichadi ,day by day weakness is growing.
