I havent been able to poop properly for about 5 days now. Its been diarrhea and not a lot of it every time I go and my stomach hurts quite a lot so im going to the toilet often even though not a lot is coming out and I just passed a blood clot so I am starting to get really worried. What should I do.

Checked with piles doctor but they said it was not piles. Having weight loss. Having difficultly in sitting for long. Checked various doctors but it didn't work out

Hi, I experienced severe gastric pain 3 times this week accompanied by slight burning sensation while passing urine and also slight burning discomfort at other times (normal sitting , lying down, etc.). My abdomen ultrasound (conducted on July 27) is absolutely normally and the gastric pain has not appeared yet. However I am still experiencing the burning sensation while passing urine. Is it UTI? What medication should I take in this case ?

During night times feel some burning sensation in the upper abdomen and pain in the chest. Even if I eat curd rice body is not getting cooled.
