Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am allergic to pollens and recently I had given my blood sample for regular test and it turns out that I have a very high platelet count. I don’t understand the seriousness nor do I understand the real essence of this situation. Can someone explain what exactly is wrong with my body? Thanks!!

For last 16 days, my Wife is having Dark and Dense Yellow Urine, Loss of Appetite, Feel hard around naval in abdomen and pain when touched. She feel urge to urinate several times but urine does not come. Hardly see urinate twice in 24 hours. She has no appetite and eat a little. She is also having difficulty in latrine. She is not having proper latrine. Please advise me .

After laying in bed for 4 hours I suddenly stood up and I felt a sharp pain my stomach for maybe 30 seconds. I ha have never had this before.

Lots of burping after waking up in the morning till sleeping at night. It get worst after drinking water after meal. Burps smells badly.Pain in upper central stomach. Acid reflux sometimes. Done gastroscopy but reports are normal.

Hello ive been losing my appetite as well as weight . in the last 5 months ive lost about 6 kg but my body is bloating up. my stomach is specially bloating . my feet are drying up to the point that skin comes off in hard flakes sometimes. i have a pain in my left side right below the rib cage and i also have trouble sleeping. a friend told me that my kidney might be causing the problem. can u help me?

2 days back I have gone through a LFT test that's showing high AST and my weight also decreased from 70-67 in last 2 months some time have feelings pain in Stomach. Could you please describe the what's this mean, does this mean fatty liver and how should come out from this?

Always constipation, gas, feels heavy stomach even after small eating. She has been taking very light food. She doesn't eat pulses and many vegetables which cause gas to her since last 15 years. She is not getting sleep also in night. She is having Thyroid  and takes Thyronorm 100 mg. Her thyroid is normal due to medicine but frustrated with said digestion problem. She took all kind of medicines(Ayurvedic, Homeopathic and allopathy) but not releif. What is root cause.
