He had problem during digestion, went to doctor; dianosed aklasia after X-ray imaging; He did Operation about 1 year ago; He has found same problem ( esophageal stenosis) since 6 months.

Some times rarely pt develop stenosis after achalasia surgery .He needs further investigation like manometry.If it is the same problem go for balloon dilatation.
