My husband is 30 yr old and he's regularly having issues with stomach pain and indigestion and bowel movements. This is a concern for the last 10 yrs which is extravagating gradually. Showed several doctors but of no help . Is it IBS? What diet should be followed ? Whenever outside food is taken n few pulses ..this is mainly seen. Is there a permanent cure ?

I have been doing core night shifts from past 3.5 years. I have issue with digestion at times. Burning sensation if eat more spicy and I have been getting constant burps early in morning even though my stomach is empty. Does this imply serious issues.

Gas related issues. Been facing gastric issues daily at night these days, can't sleep and leads to numbness in leg or back. Been going on since the last 8 years, meds haven't provided much relief, haven't faced much trouble until recently. History : Diabetic taking insulin on a daily basis.
