Gastric trouble through out the day and sugar is around 180, please prescribe medicine to counter gastric trouble

I have a gas acidity and constipation problem..when i sit i have pain  in stomach..the pain is not constant and also pain in different part of body

I have extreme gas which goes up to throat and constipation from last 3 months. I had a lymph node at RIF but now it's not there after taking Torfix 400 for a month. I don't have sound sleep at night for last one month. I wake up 3-4 times and thoughts coming up in mind. There is also pain in head and neck area. I am currently given lesuride Od, pruvict 1, digipen chewable tablets. What should I do to get rid of all these things?

She takes gas relief medicine but still continue burp many times. Some time she face constipation and after taking lactose she face loss motion please suggest.

Helo Doctor , It's almost 6 month now after gall stones surgery by laparoscopic . After surgery doctor had asked to meet once and after that he said that now everything is ok and no need to come now . Just general suggestion do I need to do some kind of test ? To check if everything is perfect now ? I mean surgery and all ? Thanks

My 28 yes old brother has bleeding from anus since 2 days. There is no localised pain and burning sensation. Conspitation was occasionally, present day no constipation.what is the reason behind that streak bleeding.
