As per the latest reports and having treated with best doctors in lilavati then to my problem is same. Despite of having several test and mostly colonscopy test doctors are not able to conclude me with the exact problem what i am going through. So i am attaching the colonscopy reports and needs your suggestions. The reports show solitary rectal ulcer, does this cause cancer of rectrum or colon. 1. The entire colonscopy does it shows and problem related to colon 2. Does the colonscopy needed again. 3. Does colonscopy is exact for colon cancer 4. Finally please conclude me with the disease which i am facing diz days. 5. Does solitary rectal ulcer is life threatening disease or can cause to cancer. 6. What is cryptitis proctitis means in medical term can any body help on this also. It would be appreciated if i will be getting an brief answer about my each questions. Vishal.

Hello Doctor I am having Trouble with my Bowl movements. For every 3-4 hours I having a loose bowl movements since 1 year .I used to having normal bowl movement once per day.But this is making feel uncomfortable can you please help me with my problem. Thanks

My mother has chronic pancreatitis. Her weight is constantly reducing..  please help ! 1. She was given external enzymes which are bovine based and she suffered a very bad allergic reaction with swelling all over her body. She has had pork earlier in life... But never had any reaction. 2. After meeting many gastro doctors, today she met one more who recommended her to try Enzar tablets. He said that you had taken enzyme capsules earlier and hence it could also be a reaction due to gelatin coating of the capsule. Can this be the case of allergy ? Can her allergic reaction be tested somehow before she consumes the newly recommended tablet ? 3. Also in the market, Enzar tablet is not available. Only Enzar Forte is available. Is Enzar and Enzar forte the same .. or is their a difference ?

I am a 20 years old boy from last 1 year I have physical symptoms like 1 bloating in the stomach every time after eating food. 2 little pain in my lower stomach 3 frequently changes in stool like light yellow, dark, spotted little red although my occult blood for stool is negative 4 bad taste of tongue 5 weight loss almost 4kg in a month 6 motion is normal and only once in a day 7 increased appetite 8 acidity Etc I visited doctors to doctor from last one year but I haven't found any relief. Although I did a lot of sonographies, an MRI abdomen, all types of blood tests, stool tests and urine test and all are normal and good What should I do I am very stressed about it and depressed

In 2017 had blood mixed with mucus with stool,in 2018 diagnosed as SRUS,apc done manometery- weak squeeze pressur defecography report is suggestive of rectoanal intussusception,surgery(STARR)planned,but later plan cancelled and told to do biofeedback,also tried but no improvement,then planned for rectopexy but also not done then colon transit study showed slow colon transit(colonic inertia)and then finally surgery for that(subtotal colectomy)just want to know whether intussusception will heal on it's own because doc said if constipation is reduced then hopefully there will be no straining and intussusception will not cause bleeding from or much problems.Is he correct or hiding something?but I feel intussusception is causing problem while passing motion because I feel heaviness in lower abdomen feel just motion will come out but it anus closes and nothing comes out at that moment and again after few minutes,it will come out,Is it due to intussusception?is further surgery needed?plz tell

I feel something stuck in throat...Every morning I get thick mucus in my mouth after I wake up...Also have chest pain...Is it due to reflux?Had nissen fundoplication done for hiatus hernia and reflux 3 years back...is reflux still present??plz tell I'm worried
