I am suffening in digestion problems today morning 8am i had breakfast after four hours food gets excreted at 12pm and Symptoms are 1.bloatings 2.abdominal discomfort 3.paste like stools 4.feeling tired

I have loose stool for 2years in the morning if I change my bowel habit it is normal but everyday in the morning I have loose stool i went to gastroenterologist he advised ultrasound the report was normal and gave some medicine just for satisfaction he told it's lifestyle related after taking medicine for 3days nothing happened but from fourth day my stool in morning was normal for about 15 days it was normal but from a week now it's loose just like before I don't understand why can it be medicine killed bacteria but medicine was for 5days only so after the effect of medicine went I had loose stool the medicine he gave was metronidazole ip400 mg and rifaximin ip200mg twice and thrice a day how come after taking antibiotics my stool was normal as I have this problem for years but right now it's back to same no improvement I think I am losing weight because I can't absorb nutrition from food my muscles are also not developing malnutrition I think what should I do

I am facing constipation from last 2 years and allergy like running nose. Now I can see small pimples on face also. Kindly suggest me solution

Can dialysis be done on ventilator patient? My uncle is having liver and kidney problem and he is on ventilator, can dialysis be done when patient is on ventilator?

Recently i had been diagnosed with 13 mm sub acute appendicitis in ultrasound report. Therefore i took 1 week of antibiotic medication and got my ultrasound done again. Surprisingly my appendicitis size has been reduced to 8.8 mm. However some surgeons are suggesting me to go for surgery only because it can reoccur anytime. Please suggest

Dr. Kumar parth on practo doesn't even know what test he is prescribing. There is no such gram stain test for stool. He knows nothing and prescribes test which doesn't even exist in pathological stream. Everyone see for themselves in the attachment. I enquired from dr. Lal path lab and they denied the existence of such test.
