I have an abnormal lower back pain and right side stomach pain. Vommiting three time and take gas killer medicine , but still not  get releife from the pain ??what is that?now what to do?

Since last 2 weeks, I have been suffering from bloating and indigestion. Initially, I had pain in my stomach at late nights, and bowel movements were not smooth. It was due to spicy foods, and food was not getting digested. Even after trying several home remedies and taking medicines(antibiotic, antacid, antihistamine and digestive enzyme syrup) for 3 days from a doctor, bloating hasn't stopped. I still have some pain at late night while sleeping. Not able to digest even fruits or little food. Stomach feels full and a bit headache. I think I might  have stomach ulcer or infection or something or even h-pylori. Please suggest a permanent solution or health check-up.

I'm suffering from constipation from 3 months and I've tried many sorts of medicines and laxatives changed my diet as well. But it's not helping. I've consulted doctor as well and nothing is working out Please help me

Pls let me know my report let me know this can be treat with syrup or my liver is damage how manys years I will survive it is dangerous or wat
