I have discovered gallstones.. just had c-section delivery 40 days back .. what treatment should I take

I am suffering from regular stomach cramps. The main pain area is left bottom side. I feel fullness all the time and back pain too. I've done all the tests and reports are OK except B12 (low). Please suggest.

Hello sir Am getting blood in motions fully drops And later motion also coming little not like before.. Pls. Suggest today I went to doctor mbbs physician he wrote some below tablets Zenflox and miftal spas and some cream he suggested to use before bowel.. And I took rantac injection.. Hence may I know it will cure ASAP or what is reason this happen.. And one more important thing I want to share last 6 months back in usg some cystitis noted and 4mm stone noted is der any relates to bowel blood problem now am getting Pls. Hi, I am having problem of acidity and gas. I recently had ulcer problem for which I took proper medication. But from last few days I am having excessive acidity and gas. There is no stomach pain or bleeding but sometimes i have constipation. I go for morning walk and running daily on empty stomach. I also do pranayam for 20 minutes. I think the problem is due to improper diet. Please advise.

Why is pantocid given in every stomach problem like diarrhea, constipation, indigestion. It makes sense when it is given for acidity but it is being given for all the digestion problems. I'm not able to digest food coz of which I'm forming gas and stool consistency is different everyday for which doctor has again given pantocid with enzar forte(enzyme for digestion). I don't have acidity,then do I need to take it. Can I only take it when I have acidity? Does it only control the acidity when taken or does it helps in long term coz I have tried it for months but when I didn't take it, acidity started and I can't take it everyday. Now I don't have acidity coz I'm taking aloe vera etc. Why is it always given by docs?? Plz answer
