Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am prescribed dipep tablet. Can i ta ke unienzyme instead of it. I am not getting dipep. I am suffering from severe gas and flatulence.

My friend is having stomach ache and vomiting. He is diagnosed with stomach ulcer. Can someone help suggesting right food and medication and brief course of recovery? Note: the severity level is medium

When I bend down towards right toe then feels pain in upper abdomen of right side, which is normal if I stand straight.

Suddenly I start having a burning sensation in my upper abdomen area, towards the right side. I feel shortage of breath. This acute pain stays fr 20-30 minutes, until I drink lots of water & burp. The pain resides, but still i feel the burning sensation for quite sometime later. It happened 2-3 times in last 3 days. I have a 1 month old baby who is completely on breastmilk. Please suggest medication. May b its digestive problem & I think ayurvedic will b a better option.

Hi, I feel intense burning pain in my rectum area after defecation which lasts for a hour. This doesn't happen every time I defecate but it repeats after 15 to 20 days gap. I want to know what is the cause and which speciality doctor to visit for diagnosis.

Also got GB Cholestrolysis and Fatty liver. On 25th February I had take some spicy biriyani and after that had a blood in pus. Doctor told for colonoscopy 02.03.19. He confirmed bleeding from ulcers. Last Monday 04.03.19 I had some little fatty food. From evening very acidic Burping. Took some puffed rice but did not helped. Too dinner at 9pm. Went to sleep around 11pm. Sleep broke around 130am and Burping acidic. Took Gelusil he total track felt different.Took omez d and sachet with cold water. Then took 4 tabs Riflux forte. Took a lot of water.Went to sleep at 320am. Afternoon took 1 shot of Rantac and Zofer injection and went to tour. In tour in the morning took PAN 40 DSR. On Thursday evening had banana cake and again started Burping. Took Pan 40 DSR and had lentil soup. Was ok. Yesterday no Pan DSR had the same phenomena in the evening. Paining just over the centre of stomach. Took injections and food. Was ok. Morning took Pan 40 DSR. The Stool was ok. Please suggest what to do.
