Suggest me best medicine, I am already taking acitrom 4mg, claptin 80mg and lipitas 10mg daily. I am keen to solve my gas and bloating problem.

I am having loose stools in green colour. I underwent meckles diverticulitis and appendicitis surgery in 2015. Since then I am having gastric problems and digestion problems. There months back i underwent ct scan which shows report is very normal.

Hello doc. I am having external hemorrhoids which is not bleeding or paining though. It's little big. My regular physician has asked to use pilorute cream n take hot water sittings. Will it require surgery or go on it own ? I don't want to undergo any surgery since I m diabetic and any other home remedy for the same?
