SAIO means sub acute INTESTINAL OBSTRUCTION. Means OBSTRUCTION in flow of intestines.
Clumping means intestines are adhered with each other because of various Possible causes. Tuberculosis infective or post operative adhesions are common causes.

diagnostic laparoscopy is good decision. adhesiolysis or breaking the adhesions will be needed. sometimes resection of intestines and anastomosis etc may also be needed.
