Large bowel gaseous loop
I have gasterits since many years, but since August 15, 2025, I was diagnosed with large bowels gaseous
Loops, in the sonography, and the Gp says it's normal, he gave me some medicine, for my stomach
And tonic for appetite, but still I have absolutely no appetite, dehydration and fast heart beat. I don't know what to do?

Take strong laxative to clear off gas then have small frequent meals mostly fibre and avoid fatty food . Drinks warm water
