In blood test report lever not functioning properly And reports are also not good. LDL is high, platelate distribution is not proper

I have been underweight my whole life and I eat everything. Recently I have started feeling nauseous and sick after drinking milk, i feel bloated and my stomach hurts sometimes. I definitely feel that i have malabsorption issues. After i eat, i feel like pooping immediately. Sometimes, my stool contains white particles. I also feel tired in the morning if I don't eat anything and so i have to eat something. However, my weight has been a severe concern. Could you suggest me vitamin repletion tabs or atleast give me something that'll help me absorb nutrients and gain more weight?

Pls suggest diet for my problem as I m losing weight, low vitamin b-12, iron, vitamin-d, and Hemoglobin

Hello , I have loose motion since 2 weeks . It's not very frequent , I usually go 2 times a day and then too it's no that much watery everyday . No urgency felt to defecate . Took CIPLOX for 3 days , taking becelac fortz since a week and pantocid DSR in morning  . But problem still there. Stool is shapeless with no solid poop . Please help . Very tensed since 2 weeks

My father 54 years old , has been treated for pancreatitis 6 months ago. He is talking medicines pento I'd 40mg and antoxid. He consumes alcohol but diluted and in small amounts maybe once a week. After he felt he's fine, he started having spicy food once a week. Everything seemed fine but all of a sudden he started having abdominal pain and it got really severe and unbearable. He felt like vomiting but nothing came out except cough. We are in the hospital, got him painkillers but problem is yet to be diagnosed. Is this pancreatitis again?
