Stomach Problems & Remedies

It's been 2 months bow that i am suffering from this feeling of incomplete bowel movement. Now it's kind of better until I've taken laxatives like zandu nityam tablet. But when i go for stool I experience a pain in my stomach while stooling.

My doctor stopped tranexamic acid  tablets and told me continue antacids till 3-4 mnths with sucralfate suspension I took (tranexa)  for 10 days only He said if u got black  stool we will again do an endoscopy What is the need to do endoscopy again n again ?? They did it twice Fist time for investigation and second time for APC Is it possible to still bleed after apc ? And if it is then is there any other substitute of endo . He even allowed me to drink milk which is usually to be avoid in erosive gastritis . Im thinking of changing my doctor . Feeling like they r money minded

My son 's bowel is not clear since two days.He feels to go to toilet but no outcome except round white stool.in pieces.

डॉक्टर साहब, मेरी पुत्री को अभी 10वां महीना चल रहा है मतलब की वो 10 महीने की है। पिछले2 से 3 दिनों से वो लैट्रिन कम कर रही है और जो कर भी रही है वो बहुत कम मात्रा में और टाइट कर रही है। कभी कभी वो लैट्रिन करने के लिए जोर लगाती है पर लैट्रिन होती नहीं है। मैं समझ नहीं पा रहा हूँ कि क्या करूँ कृपया मुझे उचित सलाह दें आपकी अति कृपा होगी।

I recently decided to go thru a 5 day water fast. On the 3rd day of the fast I noticed burning and felt acid reflux. I checked online and found that this is due to low acid levels in stomach. I took some ACV diluted in water and the issue was resolved temporarily. I couldn't drink water much as whenever I did so the problem used to resurface. Can you please suggest what can be done to prevent this? Is my water too alkaline? Any medications? Right now I am out of the fast and have no issues. It's only when fasting.

For internal bleeding and GERD .my dr. Did apc Prescribed medication - Tranexamic acid tablets 500mg (3times) Nexpeo-L (antacid) at evening Razo-D (antacid) at morning Now he said meet me after 7 days if bleeding persist we will do endoscopy again Doctor is busy since two days and im not able to meet him My tablets are finished and im without medication frm 2 days Im feeling burning in stomach and a bit dizzy and after i ate food i felt nauseaus Shall i buy  the same tablets till the doctor is free to meet me or i remain without medication till then ?? Plz answer

Gastric problem to my entire upper body, one doctor told it effected to my muscles. There is a severe pain at my back and side part of the body. Please suggest on how to control this pain.
