I've been suffering from obstructed defecation syndrome since 2 years. I've been diagnosed with recto-rectal intussusception with a small rectocele. I'm facing the following problems:
a. Whatever food I eat (even fruits), I pass excessive gas.
b. My stomach feels bloated all the time.
c. I find undigested food in my stool daily.
d. Stool is paste-like and gets stuck to the walls of the rectal area and I have to use manual evacuation every single day.
e. Despite taking laxative (Lactihep Plus), I'm facing severe constipation issues.
Please advise what to do.
