Bloating and Gas
I feel bloated most of the time and gas even goes to the chest, i have to take Eno. I have visited Gastro earlier but no permanent resolution.

Please share any investigation done so far, particularly USG or blood reports. constant bloating could be due to liver diseases as well. is our weight in control or it needs to be reduced? Answer to these question will help in treating true cause of the problem.

In your age Bloating can be due Dyspepsia or Peptic ulcer disease. Avoid spicy foods, Tea ,coffee. Take good pre and prebiotic with good fiber diet. Try taking acid reducing drugs after consultation. If symptoms persistent go for endoscopy with biopsy and loom for H.pylori infection.

It happens when u take heavy meals . Take meals with salad and water. . Avoid food which causes bloating like few dals like toor dal, rajma . All whole cereals . Stop taking proteins at night ..
