Hello Doctor Which tablet I can take for diarrhoea , from yesterday I am having the problem . And also what should I take as my diet

Digestion problem, even not taking oily food, outside food.i always feel fullness, gastric. Some years back doctor told me I have fatty lever. I took many antacid, auryveduc medicine but no permanent cure. Please advice any DIY plan.i have fed up with medicine but can take diet suggestion and life style change. My job hours is 11 am to 10 pm.i am working as software engineer.

I had this medicine tab nac plus and payclov two time n after eating this medicine I am having severe stomach ache please tell me what I do to stop my stomach ache
