I got stomach pain and vomit regularly stomach ache is there alternate days want to see the doctor regarding the same

I fart a lot and loud through out the day. It is worse when I woke up. I'm just 29 and it's gross. Need a solution for the same.

Since 3 months I am having pain in my upper right abdomen,and sometimes full abdomen pain, constipation,and also having cold urticaria since 3 months,CBC normal, hepatitis - negative,STD panel test - negative & nonreactive,lipid and thyroid profile normal, C- reactive protein - 384mg/dl, ESR - 40mm.Fibro scan - 5.3 kpa normal.what shall I do? Really I am unable to understand what is the problem? Please help me please !!

For how many days of upper gi biopsy one may have black stool or may have bleeding plz answer plz plz plx

Lower level of vitamin d and vitamin b12 cause digestive problems now i am suffering from duodentitis and numbness tingle.

I have been getting this cramps since yesterday(toilet that morning wasn't pleasefull, the waste was like 80%water and 20%food). Had not taken any medicine so far but had curd and pongal/kichdi last night. The cramps are still there on the right side of my stomach but toilet is better. Could you tell me what's the issue or advise a medicine

After passing stool stomach paining looks like acidity or gestruic pain in morning . I had pantosec d but still it is paining a lot .!
