Stomach Problems & Remedies

Iam suffering from acidity it leads to bloating stomach all the time , please suggest me good medicine to clear my problem permanently

I had dinner at restaurant on Sunday (veg and non-veg) and since Monday night  i don't feel well. I get vanishing pain in the upper middle region of abdomen. Stool consistency is not normal. I get more burps than usual. No weight loss. Don't have any habits(smoke/drink). Not taking any medicines yet. Is it something like stomach flu or do I need to worry?

My father age is 58 now and 6 months ago weight was 67 and now till date is 62 So what I can do for my father plz suggest me...

I had vomitting down days back at night for 5 to 6 times and after that my belly button was not normal it became sqiushy. And I used to go to bathroom for 5 to 6 times earlier but after that I hardly go.

Actually i went to a oncologist a 10 days back about stool thing He had done few tests such as colonoscopy and lft blood test Colonoscopy is normal said 1' haemrrohids In lft evry thing is normal except alt which is 49 Doctor said it's okay nd he gave me medicines such as Sedogest 300 nd Henzovit multivitamin capsule Nd he said ne drink juices like carrot an beetroot So first 5 days it's been gud but after since It started to a stool like gray or greener mostly gray colour Wt would be the cause for it ?? I'm eating green veggies mostly nd Juices also

Some times when I sit a long time for studies or long journey some bad smell spread like cow dug and like drainage odur

(People don't give me diet or lifestyle advice, as im not asking that). Im having diarrhoea and upset stomach from last 4 months. Kindly tell me what tests(blood, stool,etc.) to do so that i will finally understand what is wrong with my stomach.

I just had a glass of juice and I started to feel sick. There is a lot of burping and gas. Ive no constipation but there is a really bad problem of gas. Also, is there anything for immediate relief to gas and acidity
