I am getting lower back pain from a few days after I eat something and a constant feeling of passing gas or going for a bowel. The pain is dull not much but it is a little irritating

Hello Doctor, I often do not have regular bowel movements (2-3 times a week) and the stool is hard every time. Difficult to pass stool, Please suggest some basic measures to overcome this. Don't want to take any medicine.

I keep getting frequent stomach infections and low grade fever(100F). Got some tests done, CBC is normal except Hb 11.5, and ESR:50, CRP44. Doctor has prescribed Rifaximin and PPI. I get a persistent headache during the infection. There is a little infection in urine, stool test has also detected bacteria and i am awaiting culture reports. My query is Can Gastritis cause fever?

I have been having vomiting from last 2 days and everything I eat is coming out. My bilirubin is 1.84 and no yellowish of eyes or hands. I get little pain when I eat every time in abdomen. Have not done usg yet.
