Sudden stomach pain near navel and light back pain along with burps... Not able to eat properly plz suggest me

Hi There. I have two questions. I have deficiency of vitamin D..  And was under medication for around 3 months  now,  and recently from past 2-3 weeks suffering from pain near right upper abdomen. I have consulted a doctor and was suggested to get ultrasound done for abdomen and pelvis. The result is as per below 1. Retroperitoneum - obscured by bowel gas. 2. Urinary bladder is partially distended. The patient could not comply with a distended urinary bladder.. Could someone please let me know what the above mentioned two points mean? And what needs to be done?

My endoscopy report: Sliding hiatus hernia with distal erythema .GEJ at 38cm.no stricture,varix My rapid urease test is positive. Doctor what should I do..can I get better by medication. I am very scared. Can I get my life as before..?? please doctor help me..I have attached my endoscopy report with it..I want to Live a normal life..can I..??

The pain keeps radiating to the left hand n fingers with cramps in frequent intervals the pain is more vigorous during the night n because of the pain I'm unable to sleep,have taken Omer, eno, pan40 ranitidine but the pain hasn't reduced, burping reduces after the medication but after a while it's the same, pls advise

Hello Doctor, My wife is of 26 years old and a fitness enthusiast. After our recent trip, she got fever of 103 and we used medicine prescribed by general Physician. It took her 6 days to get normal. In the Meanwhile she was also having loose stool. Loose stools started when we started using medicine. It took 12 days to come to normal stage. For two weeks she was very normal and healthy. But again loose stools started. No sooner she eats anything, she is going to restroom. She is not having stomach ache now. But the last time when she was with fever, stools were accompanied by stomachache. Please advice on how to treat this. Thank you!

Sir i have epigastric nd burning pain in my epigastric region and also in back bloating...na always pain nd burning in abdomen.taken lot off medicine not permanenr relief m sharing my report that says chloecystis.will my gall bladerr removed in this region or grade one fatty liver nd some enzymes littke high like amylase nd lipase amylase always under 120 but lipase littke high first tym 64.what happened with me.is this pancreatitis or chloecystis.please help what will happen in this matter..help nd thank uu
