My mother has been suffering from backpain, depression and when we got recent lab tests she has high lipase levels. Recently backpain has increased Is there any way of reducing lipase levels? Is it relates or due to medicine of depression

Feel abdominal pain since last 6 months when wake up and still in bed. The pain subsides after passing stool and gas. If overslept and late in passing stool then the pain gets worse and the sleep is disrupted.

I couldn't sleep due to heaviness in my stomach, which I am assuming would be bloating. And thr feeling of discomfort is traveling from stomach to chest to my shoulder.

Respected doctors Yesterday I had whole abdominal ultrasound scan to check kidney stones and other complications in whole abdomen.the scan result shown gallbladder with one 3mm polyp.I don't know from where this thing came.before 4 months when I had an ultrasound it didn't showed anything in my gallbladder.waiting for doctors replies 🙏🙏

I am 40 years old unmarried Male. I am 116kg obese 5feet 7 inches in height. I am suffering from heart burn, stomach burning sensation. Chest pain. Muscle pain. Nausea from 11 January 19. I have giddiness. I now have low to normal BP. I am taking High BP 140/89. I was taking medicine Tazloc H 40 mg. Cetrizen for Urticaria. Montek AB Formoflo and Asthalin rotocap for Asthma. Inzofresh 10mg for sleep. Master health check up done 6 months ago at Aarthi Scan I am fine. ECG taken on 25th January 19 is fine. I met Cardiologist he gave me Eritel CH 40 mg and Tazloc 40mg but I stopped it due to low BP. Neurologist has given me Topaz 50mg, Emikind MD for giddiness headache and numbness. Gastroenterologist did Endoscopy for me on 31st January 19 report is fine. He is asking me to do esophageal motility test. I can swallow well. What could be my problem? Why stomach burning, nausea, chest pain shoulder pain?

After ERCP with stenting, due to injury during ERCP acute pancreatitis happened, and taking Creon 10000 and Ursocol 600 along with Novastat TG for huge cholesterol. Now the jaundice has reduced but found heterogeneous mass in the pancreas head. To follow up we have taken EUS FNA biopsy in January 2019, but it's not conclusive with atypical cells. And biopsy during ERCP was also normal in November 2018, and PET scan in January not shows any malignancies. Still the stent is there, now what are the treatment options?
