Hello Vishal. I can't find your colonoscopy report attached. Your history is suggestive of IBS Like syndrome. But there are many variations in INTESTINAL diseases. There is no clear cut delineation. The symptoms you have are common problem. I need to know Duration of your symptoms, and other important histories also. Cause may be some sub acute Infections sometimes. But more commonly the cause is our intestines' variable response to junk food. Our intestines are best happy with plant based natural foods. More natural, better it is.
Next Steps
So have abundant green vegetables and salads in lunch and dinner. Have fruits in breakfast and in evening. Avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc. Have plenty of fluids coconut water lemon juice etc.
