Irritable bowel syndrome diarrhea
Suffering from Irritable bowel syndrome diarrhea as some doctors suggested in reply to my question to increase fibre intake but it increases the movement of bowel and does not help. Even green vegetables like methi, palak is also not good for me it increases the problem.

Time your high fiber diet for dinner only so as to get good roughage in the 1st motion in the morning. Once there is full evacuation in the morning there should be no irritability of the colon. Another thing is your state of mind, which has got a direct reflex action on the bowel so get rid of any stress you might have.
