Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am having stomach pain and loose motion since today morning. I had ORS and Metrogyl medicine at around 10 in morning. Please suggest further medication to follow.

Dear Doctor, I am 116kg. Obese 40 years old unmarried male. l am suffering from heart burn, stomach burning sensation. Slight chest pain.muscle pain. Nausea from 11th January 19. I have low to normal BP. I was having High BP 140/89 earlier. I was taking medicine Tazloc H 40 mg. I stopped it. Now I take Cetrizen for Urticaria, Montek AB, Formoflo and Asthalin rotocap for Asthma. Master health check up done 7 months ago at Aarthi Scans,  report is fine. ECG taken on 25th January 19 is fine. I met Cardiologist in January 2019. My BP is normal for the past 22 days. Neurologist has given me from January 2019 Topaz 50mg, Emikind MD, Nexito plus for giddiness, headache,   numbness over face and in hands. I feel better as far as Neuro. Gastroenterologist did Endoscopy for me on 31st January 2019 he said no ulcer. From 2011 these stomach problems I am having. In 2012 Endoscopy was done by same Gastroenterologist at that time he said Ulcer. Why stomach burning, reflux,indigestion and nausea?

I had anastomosis of sigmoid colon in June'18. A recent colonoscopy revealed mild anastomotic structure ( bening ) caused by improper healing of anastomosis. What should be the best treament for this. I don't want to go through surgery again nor I want stoma. I'm covered by insurance. Please suggest where can I get balloon dilation in Delhi.

Pain in the ass hole but not bleeding Unable sit properly and the pain started from last two days onwards
