Dear rahul sir, But what might be the reason behind it. I can't concentrate on my work i fell urge always is this a sign of cryptitis proctitis and i hope so you have seen my colonscopy reports there is nothing such found in colon but the problem is on rectrum might me that it makes me fell urge after I eat. And sir hope so my colon is clear or there is something which i can't see and you can explain me. Dr rahul sir you are always as supportive to me guide me this time also. I will be alive na because daily i die on this daily my life has gone miserable.

Your REPORTS say SOLITORY RECTAL ULCER SYNDROME. IT has many Possible causes. Often no specific cause is identified. But one thing is sure in biopsy that it is not cancer. Cryptitis proctitis profunda is a pathological finding present in chronic inflammation. The lesion described is a small localized lesion which needs further regular surveillance and may need repeat biopsy.
