Hello, I have had issues with constipation and diarrhea recently due to ibs. Is it safe to take water enema around 50-60ml everyday? Or will this have side effects? Thank you

There is not much role of any enema in IBS. IN CONSTIPATION ALSO ANY ENEMA not need EXCEPT IF FECOLITH have formed. Treatment of constipation is mainly diet lifestyle and medicines. DAILY Enema can be harmful
