I'm having pain in my upper abdomen for past 3 days and I also have an acute pain whenever I eat or drink something and also my taste bud is sour.. I don't know what the exact problem that I am having..

These are signs if Gastritis or GASTROENTERITIS. ANTIBIOTICS and ANTACIDS and other medicines needed

avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc.
