Infective esophageal motility is a common disorder which is characterised by both failed peristalsis and frequent swallows and it may result in symptoms reflecting poor esophageal emptying. GERD X or Endoscopic plication is an invasive procedure for the treatment of GERD. In endoscopic plication, transmural sutures are applied at the gastro-esophageal (GE) junction thereby reconstructing the gastric cardia and accentuating the valvular mechanism to prevent reflux. My suggestion is to wait and go for GERD X procedure, if u doesn’t facing much problem. Or else go for immediate surgery
