Hi I have high fever Headach and upper part of stomach is painful after eating. Urine is white stool is normal

Pain may be due to the primary disease or due to gastritis related to any painkillers/ antipyretics that you may be using.

Measure fever on thermometer. Fever means Infection. Most likely intestinal. Sometimes respiratory or blood based INFECTIONS may also cause similar SYMPTOMS. Appropriate ANTIBIOTICS, tests, acc to further symptoms.
