Sir how many days taken to heal esophagus and stomach i am suffering severe throat irritation and acid reflux

I have this problem from a long time (and I have thyroid too )..Recently I consulted a doctor where he suggested ultrasound scan .Results were normal .Medicines were suggested lanfil Dx 60 and cyraflora .I used for 3 days and discontinued as it was not much boonfull and expensive .I consulted another doctor which he suggested normaxin rt .can this be helpful and won't there be any side effects ?

There is severe stomach pain in the upper part of the stomach I need your help in resolving this please

This is suma w/o Karthikeyan. My husband is under medication as band ligation done yesterday. He had experienced blood vomiting and black stool a month ago. Doc suggested us to do band ligation as there is internal bleeding. Now the 3blood bags has been given to my him since 2 days As the band ligation done yesterday he is getting pain while liquid intake. Is there any remedy for this. Can anyone help me out with the solution plz
