I'm seeing dark black stool from last two days now. I went out last night for dinner. I am fasting. I don't feel pain or any kind of uncomfortable.pls advise

After treatment of h pylori 40 days passed still I have burning sensation in my stomach and esophagus I do not no what to do even though I am continuing taken 20 mg two times day rabeprazol with amitriptyline one bed time but my symptoms does not goes away please tell me do I need to take another course of antibiotics or something els please help me please . According to my endoscopy dr told me you have ulcer but I do not know what to do after taken antibiotic still my problem not solved it is one in half month that still having problem please tell me what to do . Im taking pantocid HP kit and pre pro ibs for h pylori. So i want to know can i take D-venizep 50 for depression with those medicine.

After having meals gas is formed. I feel pain in my body. Feeling of tiredness is there. Mostly after having meals. Food which take time to digest cause lots of problem. Dairy products doesn't suit me. 2 months before i used to go to potty after having meals. It was a infection may be. I don't know then a doctor gave me ethilac and flioxime-oz But after that still i have now felling if tiredness. Muscle pain specially after meals. I feel very tierd.

Gastroentrologist has told me that I have GERD. I am taking medicine for almost 20days. There is a difference. But nit 100%. Also having health anxiety. Every morning i wake up at 5 because of slight feeling of acidic. Intially it was on the large scale becoz of medicine it is refuce but not completely. Excessive hair fall (800 to1000 hair strands per day)taking Biotin medicine from 3 months no use. Taking Eltroxin medicine 50 mcg for Thyroid from 7yrs. Anaemic and iron deficiency but no medication. Taking Torflash 60k med once a week for VitD Non smoker and non alcoholic. But I eat Egg only. Feel Lethargic. No exercise. Which doc to visit and any particular health Tests pls recommend?
