Stomach Problems & Remedies

I want to know whether it is severe problem,what could be the treatment for this. And is it required surgery for this.

1. Pain below the ribs, pain increases after food, severe pain on the top left (when you face me) below the rib cage, the liver area. Pain extends to the right. Feel as if something is pushing from the inside from left to right below the rib cage. 2. Occasional severe pain in the middle of the stomach, say 2 inch around the naval. No pain on the belly button. 3. Frequent muscle catch, cramps,  around the stomach. More frequently below the liver area. 4. Occasional pain on both sides of the stomach. Not severe. Feeling heavy on sides from the inside same as the top. Cramps on the sides too similar to side stitches. 5. Occasional digestion related issues. 6. An ultrasound scan of the abdomen revealed fatty liver. Tested 7-8 months back for similar but less severe symptoms. Report attached.

I recently found a worm in my anus. My anis had been itching since a few days and today I tried to figure out what it is by putting my finger inside and checking and found a worm. It was hardly 2mm or something in length but was quite thick. I have had worms before but not as thick as this one a f I am worried

How long do I need to rest after my gall bladder surgery. And when can I join the gym. I have slight pain after 10 days also, is it normal?

Can i take cremadiet regularly in night..?? is it okk to consume it daily...?does it have any side effect..if any1 should consume it regularly..

I feel a kind of metallic taste in mouth. And I get little bit plum sometimes. Earlier I was suffering from digestive issues, I don't see that symptoms now except the above mentioned things. Kindly help me in escaping from it. I do exercise regularly.

2 months ago had diarrhea and mouth sore After diarrhea stopped, started pooping after every meal and new mouth sores Till now mouth ulcer not solved one heals and another one comes up at a different location. Pooping after meal has reduced to average of 4 days of a week Blood test  high lymphocyte percentage (reduce from 47 2 months ago to 44 now) Stool test normal except undigested food Crp normal 0.54 IgA normal 10 Vitamin b12 480 Please advice

After eating I Always feel like vomiting, I think it's because of the water I take after eating, but we I stop taking water after eat the same problem still occur
