I am aged 77 yrs. My food habbits are systamatic.
I consulted gastroentologist. He has done colonoscope and told all are normal except minor internal piles.
I was advised to take fibre. I am using less rice, dal, curds, and vetables and fryits etc. How I have to achieve into normal condition. Kindly advise.
