Dear Doctor, I am 40 years old, obese man. I am having medicine for Asthma - Montek AB Formoflo inhaler Asthalin rotohaler SOS. Urticaria - Cetrizen,  insomnia - Inzofresh 10mg. For GERD symptoms for the past 8 days I am having medicine Nexpro L and Zinetac 150mg given by Gastroenterologist. Earlier I was having Esomac L capsule for 2 months. I stopped Esomac L and eat spicy fried food. I developed nausea feeling stomach burning sensation etc. Endoscopy done for me on 31st January 19, no ulcer found. Now I have nausea feeling with saliva after eating food. I also feel hungry. After eating food I feel like passing motion, occasionally I pass it. What could be the problem? Is there any medicine for nausea? Please advise and give me medicine for nausea.

I found my father having swelling near his naval .......I searched about this online. ...and found it resembling hernia .....is it a serious issue????...... do this swelling has anything related to stomach cancer......please say no.....pls tell me its precautions , after effects , how to cure it..... help if you could......I will be highly obliged.

I am on Deplatt CV10 OD at night for the last 3 years after angioplasty. Pls. Suggest What is the medicine i should take along with Deplatt CV to prevent or minimise any gastric disturbance.

Sir/madam, I am suffering from diarrhea from one year ! Doctor done all the tests colonoscopy, blood test all were normal but doctor asked me for CT scan (IBD protocol) and I have done normal CT scan instead of IBD protocol , doctor said I have done wrong one !! But the reports are normal just some lymph nodes swelling doctor said that I have done colonoscopy there so no issues !! He prescribed be IBS meditation for 15 days I used that and I am feeling well but after one month again diarrhea happened to me !! Should I go for another CT scan but doctor advised that CT scan should be performed after 2 months !! What should I do ! Do I have IBD !! I am just having diarrhea,no blood in stool present ! It's like 5 times a day I am visiting the washroom

My mother died in April this year because of liver failure due to Hepatitis C. My father is also diagnosed positive for Hepatitis C. I went for a HCV investigation for myself to a private hospital without any prescription. The test performed was HCV by CHEMILUMINESCENCE in January 2019, the result was 0.02 non- reactive. Is this test sufficient?

Im having difficulty in swallowing food n liquid properly. This problem is occurring from last 4 weeks . From neck to chest is continuously . While having liquid things also i cant swallow properly. Its like something is blocking the food n water
